Site Information

Domain Configuration

• Site URL: Your website's domain name (e.g., example.com)
• Subdomain Support: Automatically includes www and other subdomains
• Multiple Domains: Add additional domains that point to the same site

Backend Server

• Backend IP: Your origin server's IP address or hostname
• Port Configuration: Custom ports if not using standard 80/443
• Health Checks: Monitor your origin server availability

AtomicEdge Endpoint

• Endpoint IP: Your assigned WAF protection IP address
• Use for DNS: Point your domain's A record to this IP
• Geographic Location: Closest edge server to your users

SSL Configuration

Certificate Management

• Auto-Generated: Free SSL certificates automatically created and renewed
• Custom Certificates: Upload your own SSL certificates (Enterprise)
• Renewal Status: View expiration dates and renewal schedule

SSL Status Indicators

• Active: Certificate installed and working
• Generating: New certificate being created (takes 1-5 minutes)
• Renewal Pending: Certificate will renew within 30 days
• Error: Certificate generation failed - contact support

Connection Status

Protection Status

• 🟢 Active: Traffic flowing through WAF successfully
• 🟡 DNS Pending: Waiting for DNS changes to propagate (5-60 minutes)
• 🟡 SSL Generating: HTTPS certificate being created
• 🔴 Backend Error: Cannot reach your origin server
• 🔴 Configuration Error: Invalid settings need correction

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

• Backend Unreachable: Check if your server is online and accessible
• DNS Not Updated: Verify your domain points to the AtomicEdge endpoint IP
• SSL Issues: Wait for certificate generation or check custom certificate
