What Are Access Logs?
Access logs show all legitimate traffic that passes through your WAF to reach your website. Unlike security logs that show blocked attacks, access logs display successful requests from real visitors.
Accessing Access Logs
- Go to Sites in your dashboard
- Click on a site to view details
- Select the "Logs" tab
- Click "Access Logs" to see visitor traffic
Log Entry Information
Timestamp
- When the request was made
- Displayed in your local timezone
- Format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
Client IP
- Visitor's IP address
- Geographic location (when available)
- ISP information
Request Details
- Method: GET, POST, PUT, DELETE
- URI: The page or resource requested
- Status Code: 200 (success), 404 (not found), etc.
- Response Size: Amount of data sent to visitor
User Agent
- Browser type and version
- Operating system information
- Mobile device details
Filtering Access Logs
Time Range
- Last hour, 24 hours, week, or custom range
- Filter by specific dates and times
Search Options
- Filter by IP address
- Search for specific URLs
- Filter by status codes
- Search by user agent
